Buy your ticket online
In order for us to comply with the crossing time of 6 minutes, from January 1, 2026 you must buy your ticket for Østre Færge before boarding the ferry – use the button or scan the QRC code below.
NB: A fee of DKK 20 will be added for purchasing a ticket during the crossing.
Smoke-free vessel
In October 2024 this ferry became a smoke-free vessel.
This means that smoking is prohibited on board the ferry, no matter whether you are in a vehicle or out on the car deck.
This regulation has been put in place to avoid complaints about passive smoking, and to comply with orders from the Danish Maritime Authority and the Danish Work Environment Authority.

Østre Færge offers payment service to our private and business customers who use monthly passes.

On Østre Færge there is free wifi, installed by WiFi-Kompagniet, see more at www.wifik.dk.
Log on as Øster Færge – Guest with password Velkommen.
Monthly pass
Monthly passes must be purchased between the 25th and the last day of the previous month.
If you are unable to purchase a pass due to illness, vacation, etc. please contact the ferry to make further arrangements.
